Payments and Fees / General Cost

How much do visits cost?+

The costs of visits varies. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to you prior to your visit. You can always find our most up to date charges for services in the Estimate. You can view the most recent version by clicking here.

How much does surgery cost?+

The costs of surgery varies based on complexity and time required, and is customized for each patient. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to your surgery, but may be in the range of $1,000 to $7,000 for the surgeon fee.

Note that this does not included costs or charges from the hospital or health system for anesthesia, hospital services, pathology, radiology, etc. Those would be billed to you separately by the hospital system, and are typically billed through your insurance.

You can always find our most up to date charges for services in the Good Faith Estimate. You can view the most recent version by clicking here.

How do I pay for visits?+

You can use an HSA card, FSA card, or any credit or debit card for payment.

Do you take insurance?+

Dr. Namaky is out-of-network with all insurance plans. Patient pay the practice directly for services. (All patients are considered self-pay.)

Why don’t you take insurance?+

Insurers are billed CPT codes from surgeons that identify the specific surgery performed. The insurer then reimburses the specified amount they have assigned to that code.

Unfortunately, specific CPT codes aren’t available that reflect the nature, complexity, and time requirements of endometriosis excision surgeries. And so many endometriosis focused practices provide care as self-pay / out-of-network so that the practice can remain sustainable and provide the best care possible.

Can I submit your fees to my insurer?+

Yes. We can help you do that. Dr. Namaky partners with Reimbursify. As a patient of Dr. Namaky, you can easily submit your insurance claim for reimbursement for free on their site. Dr. Namaky can also check your insurance benefits prior to surgery to estimate how much you would be reimbursed for out-of-network care.

Do you offer a payment plan?+

Yes. The surgical fee includes an interest-free payment plan. 50% of the fee is due prior to scheduling surgery, and the remaining 50% is paid with monthly payments over 6 months.

Patients paying the entire surgical fee up front prior to scheduling surgery can receive a 10% discount on the surgical fee.
